Vidya´s journey through yoga spans over five decades, reflecting a lifelong passion for yoga and Eastern philosophy. She's explored various yoga styles across continents, from Iyengar to Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Forrest Yoga. In 2002, Vidya founded Frog Lotus Yoga Teacher Training programs, sharing her deep understanding of yoga's philosophical dimensions with aspiring teachers worldwide.

A significant moment in Vidya´s life came with the creation of Suryalila Retreat Centre in 2011, a sanctuary of yogic exploration nestled in the serene landscapes of Andalusia, Spain. Recognised as the top yoga retreat centre in the Om Yoga Awards 2023, Suryalila mirrors Vidya's dedication to fostering spaces for healing and sustainable living.

Beyond her roles as a yoga teacher and leader, Vidya's journey inspires seekers of truth and fulfilment. Through her teachings, she encourages embracing yoga's transformative power and embarking on a journey of self-discovery.
