WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU PLAYED?

When was the last time you played? Often our yoga classes mimic the rest of our lives, they can be very rigid and structured, which may be what we think we need. But as adults, we rarely play, take time to be creative with our movement, or flow with our intuition. These unstructured playful yoga classes from David Kam, movement artist, dancer and yoga teacher, will help you learn to be more creative, brave and truly move out of your comfort zone. So throw aside your mat and expect the unexpected!

A great workout for the hips, too. Find out what happens when the surface you stand on is not what you’re used to in this fun, playful movement class. You'll need a bolster.
