Our mindfulness course comprises three distinct parts. You may want to dig into each part separately, or take the whole course, depending on your journey into Mindfulness.

The first five classes are an overview and an introduction to mindfulness.

The next five classes are our Mindfulness in Moments series - these are very short classes to familiarise yourself to mindfulness for practicing when you're short on time. These classes are a great introduction to how we can use mindfulness techniques of focus, finding stillness, and relaxing, in everyday life.

The third part of the series is about how we can practically use mindfulness techniques to transform challenging situations. These classes incorporate a talk and a practical session for each challenging emotion. Starting with Transforming Stress then Transforming Anger and the final session is a theory and practical class in how to let go of our attachments, when we want things too much.
