Pilates is an excellent way to improve our strength, and this pilates for strength course aims to help strengthen our abdominals and the whole of our bodies. Many of us suffer from weakness throughout our bodies from our sedentary lives, and many of us seek to overcome this with athletic bursts, which may only focus on certain muscle groups. The beauty of this pilates strength training course with Vanessa Michielon is that it strengthens as it lengthens and tones the whole body, in a series of seven classes, cumulating with a full body tone and stretch class.
